Last year I appealed for people to loan me their photographs
so that we could share them with Stainforthians and
their descendants all around the world. The response
was very encouraging and I offer my sincerest thanks
to those who sent me or loaned me their photographs.
I've finally managed to put some of them together and
to make a start on this project, which I shall continue
adding to in the future.

I wanted to make all of the photographs in this collection
available to everyone who wished to download them, but
after finding several copies on websites owned by people
who think that they can just steal images from this
site to add to their own I decided to add watermarks
to all of the images.
If you would like a better quality copy of the original
of any of these photographs then please ask!
